OUR BACKGROUNDS:
Ken Mushett
Ken Mushett comes from a long line of family home builders, he grew up observing every aspect of the procedures to build a home. Ken has a Masters Degree in Management, Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Marketing Analyst degree. Ken has over 10 years experience in Project Management to lead you every step of the way to build the quality home you deserve. He was Director of the Engineering, Project Management, and Implementation teams for a telecommunications company in Dallas prior to moving back "home" to Bentonville in 2001 to pursue his dreams of running his own home builders company.
Darren Devore
While Ken provides the coordinating skills, Darren provides the everyday skills to build the best home possible. Darren grew up doing unique carpentry with his dad, and he has worked over 10 years in the construction business. Darren knows every step to build a home. He has experience in painting, framing, heating and air, roofing, concrete, and has done everything else in the process of building a home. Darren has ran his own crews in framing for over 5 years, and has created a great name for himself with some of the "other" top builders in the area.
